The apartment at Ruka Ski Chalets was absolutely stunning. The Scandinavian-style decor gave it a cozy and timeless feel. I loved how spacious and comfortable the twin/double room was. Plus, having a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer was a convenient touch. The fully equipped kitchen in the apartment was a lifesaver. It had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and oven. The large balcony in the apartment was a great spot to enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding area. Having a separate toilet in the apartment was a small detail, but it made a big difference for our family.
Personally, I would have preferred if the apartment had a double bed in the second bedroom rather than a single bed with an extra child bed on top.

We stayed in a big and comfortable apartment with a nice view of the town. The apartment was well-equipped with a fully functioning kitchen, including a dishwasher and clothes dryer. The location was fantastic, as we were right opposite the slopes and had a large balcony to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Additionally, the apartment was quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of skiing.
The parking lot was closed due to construction work, forcing us to pay for alternative parking options.

Stayed at the Ski Chalets in an excellent location near the slopes and ski lift. Everything was nearby, with shops and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. the apartment itself was modern, comfortable, and clean. It had all the necessary amenities, including a laundry machine, dishwasher, and clothes dryer. The building was conveniently located next to the gondolas and chairlifts, as well as the bus stop for easy transportation. Cons: All was good 😊.

The attention to detail in the hotel's decoration was exquisite. The beautiful artwork and cozy furniture made me feel at home. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like me. I appreciated how easy it was to navigate the hallways and use the facilities without any trouble.
I would have asked for a better vacation if there had been more assistance available from the children working there. As a senior woman, sometimes I needed a bit of extra help or guidance, and it would have been wonderful to have more support from the staff.

The location, just 60 meters from the nearest ski lift, made it incredibly convenient for skiing and other activities. The modern ski-in/ski-out property exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. We enjoyed skiing during the day and hiking in the beautiful area surrounding the chalets. It was a wonderful place for our active family to spend our vacation.
My children wanted more outdoor play areas for kids.

Exceptional location for any kind of guests, with a great view of the slopes. The apartment layout is perfect and the kitchenware is modern and fully equipped.
There were a couple of light bulbs out and the desk lamp was broken. The pillows were also very flat and the ski storage was difficult to locate without proper signage.

The apartment at Ruka Ski Chalets was beautifully decorated in a timeless Scandinavian style, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. As an old person, I felt at home right away. The beds in the main bedroom were extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a day of skiing. I woke up feeling refreshed and ready for another day on the slopes. I loved that the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, allowing me to prepare my own meals. It made me feel like I had my own little home away from home. The private bathroom in the apartment was a nice touch, and the shower was fantastic. It had great water pressure, and the hairdryer provided was a convenient addition. The apartment also had a large balcony, which offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings.
Personally, I found the separate toilet in the apartment a bit inconvenient. It would have been more convenient to have it connected to the bathroom.

The apartment was amazing, it felt brand new and had all the necessary amenities. We loved having a balcony with a view of the road, and the building's proximity to the gondolas, chairlifts, and shops was a huge advantage. Plus, the bus stop for the airport bus was just outside the building, making transportation super convenient.
The lack of communication from the reception was a letdown. We tried reaching out for two days and received no response.
